I love some of the Star Wars collectibles that you can pick up on various sites

This one won't be available until the middle of next year, but it looks really cool

I've a thing for Star Wars memorabilia as you may have noticed.

This cookie jar in the shape of your favourite robot looks really cool

If you're patient and have spare time, then why not assemble your own card models of Star Wars vehicles?

Byrne posted about these really cool paper / card based designs the other day.He was looking at the Millenium Falcon:

But there's a lot lot more ..

How about a TIE fighter?

Or the USS Enterprise?

Or even the De Lorean from Back to the Future?

Each design includes the full set of cutouts that you need as well as instructions on assembly.

Very cool, though I doubt if I'd have the patience or skill to put them together properly

Star Wars models are always very popular, but most of the time you end up buying individual products.

This set from Hasbro gives you a nice boost to your collection in one go:

Star Wars Webcam

If my Mac didn't have a webcam builtin already then one of these would be sorely tempting:

Star Wars Tie Fighter webcamIt's a fully functional webcam with builtin microphone! Retail price is about £30, but Play are offering it for under £20.

Continuing on from our weekend of Star Wars related kit... this just in!

Star Wars bobbleheads.

Choose from:

After posting a few of the Star Wars related stuff yesterday Alan pointed me at this work of art:

r2-d2 dvd projector

It's a DVD projector in the form of R2D2 and its remote control is in the form of the Millenium Falcon.

Now I would love to have one of these, but to be perfectly honest I cannot afford it. While it is a limited edition and I'm sure some people would be really jealous of anyone who owned one, it's price tag is over 2000 euro!

If you have a couple of grand to spare you can find out more about these amazing DVD players here

USB hubs can be incredibly useful, but there's no reason why utility cannot combine cool design.

So how about getting a USB hub in the shape of one of Star Wars' most lovable characters R2D2?

Not only does the R2D2 USB hub pack a 4 way USB hub, but it also comes with its own set of robot like sound effects.

So not only do you get the useful USB kit hooked up easily, but you also get geek points (or something) for your desk.

I'm almost tempted to get one, though I know it wouldn't get much use except as a paperweight..

The hub measures 15cm high, so it's not that big, but still pretty cool (click to enlarge):

Han Solo's ship The Millenium Falcon is one of the images that you probably remember most from the original Star Wars films.

While I'd love to own one of these I'm not sure if I could justify the price... There's nothing wrong with dreaming however

I love picking up mugs. Not only are they useful, but some of the designs are really cool.

How about this Darth Vader mug?

Can you imagine drinking your morning coffee from one of these? You can practically feel the force!

Edit: the link to the mug has been fixed - thanks to Heather for spotting the error!
