Gone in 60 Seconds may not be the best film that Nicolas Cage and Angelina Jolie have done, but it's an adrenalin charged bit of escapist fun.
Cage's character fixates throughout the film about a particular car - "Eleanor", so I thought this scale diecast model was pretty cool:

Unfortunately it doesn't come with Angelina Jolie attached, which is a pity!
Knight Rider, starring David Hasselhoff as Michael Knight, was a massive hit in the 1980s.
While they've recently started showing an updated version of the series, the original is always going to be the one people of my generation are going to remember. We grew up on it.
Kit - the car - was as much a star of the show as his driver, so a radio controlled version of Kit is pretty cool:

While I'd love to be able to afford the real thing, the Aston Martin DBS that featured in Quantum Of Solace is now available as a gorgeous 1:43 scale diecast model.

The Warner Brothers Studio lot has a special area dedicated to showing off some of the vehicles that have featured in their films. Universal Studios has one as well, but you can't get close to anything, but that's another story...
While I was there in 2007 they had the Ford Anglia from Harry Potter on display. Unfortunately the photo I took didn't come out as well as I would have liked:

Funnily enough Corgi produced a scale diecast version of it, though it doesn't have the holes in the windscreen. It also looks a lot less battered than the real one in Warner:

In common with most of the film and TV items produced by Corgi it's currently not available from them directly, but I did manage to pick one up from an eBay vendor for next to nothing.
