I have to admit that I’ve always found Puss ‘n Boots from Shrek to be one of the cutest characters to ever grace the silver screen.
Unfortunately if you trek out to Universal Studios in California you won’t find much in the way of merchandise featuring him. It’s a real pity, as Shrek simply is not cute.
McFarlane produced a very nice Puss ‘n Boots figure a few years ago:
I’ve seen several for sale on eBay, but most of the regular online stockists either don’t have any left or are almost sold out. (Entertainment Earth had only one left in stock at time of writing and I’m really tempted to grab it!)
EDIT: The piece on offer via Entertainment Earth would appear to be by a different company and is NOT the McFarlane version, but the Attakus version which is produced by a European company. More details here.
