Kill Bacteria In Your Bed?

November 23, 2008 by Michele Neylon

I’m not sure if I could imagine myself getting one of these, but if I had bad allergies I probably would have to consider it..

The Raycop is a vacuum with a difference.

It is designed to kill bacteria that live in beds and other soft furnishings using UV light.

Some really disgusting facts:

Ten percent of the weight of a two year old pillow can be composed of dead mites and their droppings
The weight of the average mattress doubles after ten years due to dust mite infestation

Foul!
